Purpose: To tailor engagement strategies effectively and ensure that the NEC’s offerings align with member needs and expectations.
2. Enhanced Digital Engagement Platform

Action: Develop or upgrade a digital platform (website or app) dedicated to member networking, resource sharing, and collaboration.
Purpose: To facilitate seamless interaction among members, encourage knowledge exchange, and foster a sense of community.

Action: Launch outreach campaigns focused on regions and sectors within the solidarity economy that are underrepresented in NEC’s membership.
